Level Up! Creative Photography Workshop

A few weeks ago it was our second Level Up creative photography workshop. We were absolutely buzzing to be putting on another fab sold out session. Following our first mega bridal concept workshop, this time we would be shooting creative pre-wedding photography style in sunny Blackpool with a fabulous group of photographers. Bring on the Vegas of the North!

CREATIVE PRE-WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

Creative photography sessions are ace for experimenting with new techniques, developing new skills and confidence building. It’s also a great way to produce some awesome marketing and website material. Ultimately Level Up provides opportunities for you to get creative. Plus we think portfolio building is supposed to be super fun! Level Up is designed for beginners and student photographers, also any pro seeking motivation or a new direction. So with a jam-packed schedule full of creative and inspiring scenarios, we were really looking forward to meeting our attendees.

We invited one of our awesome past bride and grooms, Jennie and Chris, to be our ‘models’ for the day. Bringing all the benefits of shooting a real life couple, with genuine emotions and interactions. Everyone agreed that they were totally amazing, like we knew they would be! So massive thanks again guys (you might be in line for major international modelling contracts once all these pics get out…)!

SUPER-COOL SPONSORS, A PRIZE DRAW AND PIZZAS

For this Level Up session we were delighted to have super-cool sponsors Digitalab and The Watermelon Design on board. Well done to Danielle Francesca Photography who won the prize draw! We had an exciting set of locations and cool spots for the attending photographers. So with time for a power-up pizza lunch break in-between shooting (any excuse for pizza, right?), we had plenty of fast paced variety in store.

We really enjoyed the day and had such a fab group of attendees. You all rock! Sun, sea, sand and street art. We had the lot! The photographs we have seen so far have been brill and the mega feedback has been amazing:

The workshop was absolutely epic! Zo and Liam were incredibly generous with their time and knowledge, and the whole day was just great fun!

I’ve come away with some shots that I’m really proud of! I will certainly be attending further sessions in the future. Thanks so much guys!
