Lynsey and Chris’ Heaton House Farm wedding day was epic! Whilst Lynsey was working away in Japan, the early wedding planning duties were left in Chris’ very capable hands. Working at Henry D Johnstone Jewellers and specialising in wedding and engagement rings, Chris was already very familiar with the wedding industry scene. However it was a recommendation from past couple Alexis and Markus, who happened to be having their beautiful wedding rings made, that first attracted Chris to our work.
Leading up to the big day it was great to finally meet Lynsey at their pre-wedding Me and You Shoot. Despite the changeable weather, we had a fab time at Tatton Park together. We also got to hangout with the deer, which you can see here.
HEATON HOUSE WEDDING
When we arrived at the award-winning Heaton House Farm, the glamorous bridal preparation room was buzzing. There was excitement and the champagne was flowing. Lynsey looked beautiful in her Cheshire Bridal Wear gown. Chris had already told us he was not sure he could keep his composure at the altar. When Lynsey lit up the room, all the nerves disappeared replaced by tears of pure happiness – respect.
Set high in the countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire there are amazing views. We were treated to a spectacular sunset while the evening guests arrived ready to party.
AN AWESOME PULP FICTION WEDDING DANCE TO REMEMBER
The unforgettable Pulp Fiction-inspired first dance was a real treat. From the moment Jonny Hick’s Jukejoint Allstars band hit the instantly recognisable opening riff of Chuck Berry’s ‘You Never Can Tell’, Lynsey and Chris absolutely nailed it. A freestyle Pulp Fiction wedding dance worthy of giving John Travolta and Uma Thurman a run for their money in the world famous Jack Rabbit Slim’s twist contest!
A few words from The Clarke’s:
“We love ZT’s quirky and unique approach to photography. We had the most miserable weather for our wedding and yet they still managed to make our photos look fun and took advantage of our venue, always with a keen eye for the best shots. Particularly liked their ‘fly-on-the-wall’ shots and they managed to capture the most wonderful moments that simply could not be posed! x”
So don’t be a square, sip on that five dollar shake and we hope you enjoy some of our faves:
