Park House Barn – Elizabeth + Nick’s Sunflower Wedding

Love sunflowers? Well there’s plenty here at Liz and Nick’s relaxed rustic sunflower wedding at Park House Barn in the Lake District. They first found us through our funky Fearless Photographers profile while searching amongst some of the best wedding photographers in North West England! Our relaxed approach and documentary style was exactly what they were looking for. Yaaay!

BEAUTIFUL RUSTIC SUNFLOWER WEDDING BARN

We finally got to meet up a couple of days before the big day at Park House Barn. Liz and Nick were busy making the place look awesome with their personal touches and DIY decorations. The rustic wedding barn vibe was starting to take shape and our cameras were at the ready to capture the excitement!

WEDDING ON A WORKING FARM…COWABUNGA DUDES!

Unusual, unconventional and alternative wedding venues are right up our street. So with our wellies at the ready, we were really looking forward to a wedding on a genuine working farm.

We could actually hear cows mooing from the barn during the ceremony. That was most unexpected, but made everyone laugh. So later on we had to get them involved in a few shots. Also a hilarious moo-ment!

Top party action is always great, so we were very excited to see the New York Brass Band perform. Their upbeat, immersive and contemporary New Orleans style certainly got everyone up on the dancefloor! Amazing!
